Application: Erofest Prague 10. - 11. 4. 2026 - PVA EXPO Praha. Online contract on the Participation at the Erofest TradeFair Pursuant to provisions of Sec. 1746 par. 2 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll., Civic Code, signed on the day, month and year stated below: (hereafter referred to as "Online Contract“).

Representatives at the fair

A representative is a person who is an exhibitor himself or a person working at the booth. The maximum number of representatives is equal to the number of meters of exhibition space. E.g. area 2x2 m2 = 4 representatives at the fair. If you don't have enough tickets, you need to buy another ticket for 40€/person, see the box below.

Ordering an exposition area - Registration Fee: 80 €

Type of exposition area

If you have a sales stand, you can choose from two types of payment: (per square meter/sales commission). Refreshments always pay commission on sales. If you have a non-sale stand, you must select "non-sale exposure" and pay for the required number of square meters.

EXHIBITION SALES (payment per square meter) - Classic payment for the rental of each m2

EXHIBITION SALES (commission 20% of turnover) - Commission fee 20% of turnover. In this case, you do not pay for rent. You will receive a terminal from us and will only accept card payments. The terminal then splits the payment 80/20 between your company and the organizer.

REFRESHMENTS (commission 25%) - Refreshments (only - Commission fee 25% of turnover. In this case you do not pay for rent. You will receive a terminal from us and you will only accept payments by card. The terminal will then divide the payment 75/25 between your company and organizer.

NON-SALE EXPOSURE - always pays per square meter
